LisiRies Story Forge provides creative writing workshops, mentorship, and educational resources for aspiring writers.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include harassment, spam, or copyright infringement.
You retain full ownership of all creative works produced during our workshops. We may use anonymized excerpts for educational purposes with your consent.
Active participation, respectful interaction with peers, and adherence to workshop guidelines are required for enrollment.
Workshop fees are due at enrollment. Access to materials and instruction begins upon payment confirmation.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or publication success.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services, as permitted under Indian law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Mumbai courts.

Full refunds are available within 10 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed any major workshop assignments or accessed premium materials.
Partial refunds may be considered for extraordinary circumstances, calculated based on unused portions of the workshop.
Once digital materials are downloaded or accessed, they cannot be "returned," but may still qualify for refund within the 10-day window.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Processing takes 5-7 business days after approval.
Setup fees, administrative costs, and completed one-on-one mentoring sessions are non-refundable.
Extended refund periods may be granted for documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for enrollment.
As an alternative to refunds, you may transfer to a future workshop session with advance notice.
